Hello friends and welcome to the new people. My computer crashed yesterday, its dead. I talked to the Geeksquad at Best Buy but they said since the computer is 6 yr. old it wouldn't be worth fixing. It stinks to lose all my files, pictures, etc. I am finally online on the laptop, (knock on wood). The software for my wireless connection was in the computer that crashed and I had to reload things in the laptop. I am so confused. I don't really know much about computers.
